Really handy app to check accounts and transfer money but it crashes every time I try to use bill pay on both my iPad and iPhone 5. Would be much more useful if I could use this tool.

FirstAmericanBankNM needs a option to block your cards from being able to be used.
I had got my card stolen the day before Christmas Eve and I couldn’t stop the thieves from using it because of the after hours.
The bank didn’t open till 8 Christmas Eve but it was almost 400 dollars too late. Luckily they bank disputed it and got my money back the same day.
Great app but would be nice to have transactions post quicker than a couple of days. Also would be nice to have the brella debit card app combined with the banking app so I don’t have to switch between the two.
FirstAmericanBankNM is great and very user friendly. I would like to see online bill pay access added soon!
I love that you still carry one on one customer service. Not these automated machines every other bank is coming out with just to try and save a dollar.
Only one thing if we can get a machine ( any where) so we can deposit money after hrs
I get paid cash a lot but after hrs. Don’t like carrying that money

FirstAmericanBankNM has saved me so many trips to the bank, and now with the new deposit feature I really never have to go to the bank again. I love how I can check my balance and see exactly what's going on in my account at any given moment. This has really made my life easier.
