App crashes and won’t open. Have tried hard reset on phone, and app is up-to-date.
On iPhone, app continuously crashes when clicked. Deleted app, reinstalled. Now it shows the lists I've previously made, but I can't open them. Frustrating
App installed on iPhone and worked fine until today. Click on app and it looks like it’s going to open then crashes. Went into App Store to try and reinstall but does the same??? I am a premium subscriber with monthly payments.

The app will open but freezes or abruptly closes after a few seconds. Often need to open it numerous times before I can use it.
I purchased family wall premium and the app icon won’t install on my iPhone screen. When I go into the App Store and click on the app it opens, but I don’t want to have to go into the App Store every time I need to access our family. I’ve googled but can’t find a solution.
