Picniic calendar was under my daughter’s login and email and she recently passed away. I have used app for 3 yrs and now it’s asking for login and password! I can’t find it! I have a lot of dr and other appointments on this and need help!

Same issue as above. Picniic app stuck on green homescreen for several days. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the same
