Can't log on and no support.

The new update is hard to look at, it’s way too busy and makes it difficult to find what I need. I miss the simplicity of the old version

Evergreen doesn't work. Fix it please...

It worked great for about 2 yrs or so but six months ago it crapped the bed and doesn't let folks log out. That's just a travesty.

I can't even log onto Evergreen . I have an online account set up, but just can't login on Evergreen.

You guys with all the money and your app it's just wasted off space and time find someone better to do your app

cant log in with iphone12 on ios 18.6. reloaded Evergreen and still bugged. worked awesome until the ‘update’. good luck to you.

My wife and I both agree that Evergreen used to be perfect. It was so simple and easy to use and see everything. Now it is so confusing and I click the wrong thing half the time. Please change it back to the old version, there was nothing wrong it hit. This is just a mess.

I am so disappointed in this new update, why does Evergreen have to look soo weird now.

Whatever genius they got to write Evergreen did a wonderful job, I have to reset my password every single time I want to log in because they never bothered to implement a password saving feature. You get what you pay for when you outsource your programmers!

Never had to go through all of this before. It’s asking me for an Apple Card and all kinds of other stuff that I do not use and will not allow me to access my account without it. They should have left things alone!

I love Evergreen for the most part! It’s been a really great way for me to get a quick look at my bank account and transactions. The only problem I’ve recently faced is lately Evergreen hasn’t been loading my transactions. It loads my balance, but when I go to see my transactions it says “no recent transactions” even though I make a transactions at least every other day. Hopefully it can be fixed in an update. Great app otherwise! Keep up the great work

Great app. 4 stars because the only improvements that I would suggest are a “pay anyone” feature and Zelle but it’s a good app besides that.

I strongly dislike the new update and the new format. It won’t let me sign in half the time. I’ve reset my password several times with this new update, I write it down so I won’t forget and I type the password in and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It’s driving me nuts. Will it let me sign in or won’t it? It’s a coin toss of whether or not I’ll be able to get into my account.

Seems faster with the new app. Love it.

Love the new app! Everything is so clean and precise. Love the dark mode feature!

Is there a way to get an email/text when money has been withdrawn or put into the account? It would be a helpful feature. Otherwise the new update have been useful.

Works awesome. Login isn't the same as the website. Don't use that or it will lock the account. Stop by the credit union and ask for info and you shouldn't run into any issues!

Found Evergreen to be very user friendly and easy to navigate.
