I cannot get the multiplayer mode to work. When I click on it, it just shows the circle going around and around, but nothing happens. Having paid for the season pass, I am VERY unhappy. What can I do to get it to work?

When I go into the game, there is a red pointer that is stuck and I can't get it to move or select anything. I am running a HP Reverb on and Alienware 2070. I changed the controller binding and the pointer will toggle between two positions and the list of teams came up but I couldn't select anything. I can look around and that appears to be working.

The game has been stuck on the Home Screen for many days now and I’m ready to delete the app and never play it again. Can u please hire developers that know what their doing so this shit doesn’t happen again. There is absolutely no excuse for it to be broken for this long. It’s extremely pathetic.
