Why no multiplayer for a couple months now?

I cannot get the multiplayer mode to work. When I click on it, it just shows the circle going around and around, but nothing happens. Having paid for the season pass, I am VERY unhappy. What can I do to get it to work?

When I go into the game, there is a red pointer that is stuck and I can't get it to move or select anything. I am running a HP Reverb on and Alienware 2070. I changed the controller binding and the pointer will toggle between two positions and the list of teams came up but I couldn't select anything. I can look around and that appears to be working.

I haven’t been able to collect Series rewards that I’ve won. I can hit the “Collect” button a hundred times and still nothing. Extremely frustrating.

Just paid for premium. Got the " unable to initialize with Unity ... something ... uninstalled.... play store... reaquired app. Login code soap No forgot password info. No help contact info

The game has been stuck on the Home Screen for many days now and I’m ready to delete the app and never play it again. Can u please hire developers that know what their doing so this shit doesn’t happen again. There is absolutely no excuse for it to be broken for this long. It’s extremely pathetic.

Game has been frozen on Home Screen for 2 days now. Have tried resetting the app and also shutting my phone down to reset it! No luck!!
