Every time I try to go on the app and watch movies or TV it says Sorry service isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to info@redacted. And it's been saying this for about 3 months now. Please help!!!

How to fix Popcornflix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Popcornflix app on iPhone
Update Popcornflix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Popcornflix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Popcornflix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Popcornflix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Popcornflix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Popcornflix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Popcornflix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Popcornflix » click [Force Stop]

Update Popcornflix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Popcornflix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Popcornflix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Popcornflix.

Fix Popcornflix unable to contact server/ Popcornflix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Popcornflix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Popcornflix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Popcornflix
