- Trial was limited on the selection compared to what the app on our phone said.

- Tried and tried to get it to start working.

- Most of the time it starts to play a video and 10 seconds in it just starts spinning and never returns.

- Often have to restart the app to get a video to play.

- It crashes a lot also.

- Garbage and not worth the subscription price.
