2 years agoI tried to get Paramount Channel an accidentally clicked on Paramount Plus I canceled the 7 day free trial immediately , then your prompted to another page to see if you want some other channel.? I didn't get a confirmation #.? Please contact me asap an confirm I am canceled. Thank you Craig Spencer

Super Disappointed
Downloaded app. Created password. Entered credit card. Activated a one-week free trial. This was last night. Tried and tried to get it to start working. Never did. Same thing this morning. I imagine it will magically begin working the day before my free trial ends. I am so bummed because this app has everything- and I mean EVERYTHING -a music lover would ever want to watch, and I was looking forward to an entire 3-day rainy weekend of music. If I were rating for content, this would be 5 stars- the price for access to all of these live shows and documentaries is UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE. I’d love to have had the chance to watch some of them!

Horrible buffering
Most of the time it starts to play a video and 10 seconds in it just starts spinning and never returns. Often have to restart the app to get a video to play. It crashes a lot also. Garbage and not worth the subscription price. I am glad I could cancel before getting charged. Really wanted this to work because there are some awesome videos in the catalog. Too bad you can’t get the streaming to work

This app is buggy.
It not only crashes a lot...just from scrolling or rewinding, but it often doesn’t remember what you were playing when you quit the app. So, you have to search for it all over again. If it does by some chance remember, it will crash as soon as you try to play it. Also, some of the video quality is horrific. I watched the Classic Album Series of Fleetwood Mac-Rumours, and it looked like a poor bootleg VHS.
