i’m trying verify my account and it sends me an email so i click on it and it verify on the website but when i go back on the app it says my device is not verified and i cant do anything else

I cannot login to my bandsintown manager. Every time I login the page refreshes and asks me to login again. This is very frustrating as I need to update my schedule and for some reason this is the only site anyone uses anymore.

Just purchased App to buy concert tickets. Says to check my in box for an email they supposedly sent to follow a link to verify my email in order to continue snd purchase tickets. No email was sent. I tried at least a dozen times. Says email was sent every time. No email and not in spam.
