Your app says I have no space to download concerts when in fact I have plenty of space. What is wrong?

Bonsoir, Je rencontre un gros problème de diffusion des concerts, en effet l'image se fige tout à coup, et affiche le message suivant . SOMETHING WENT WRONG THE VIDEO COULD NOT BE PLAYED (4000) ++++ les diffusions sont transmises depuis l'application digital concert hall par le panasonic DP UB9000 Pouvez vous m'aider à résoudre ce gros problème, car tous les concerts sont systématiquement interrompu . App on my iPhone 14 won’t stay open during concert. Only stable for 10 to 15 seconds. Any help? My LG tv and my iPad work fine

I have a new Samsung TV compatible with Atmos. None of the concerts are listed as Dolby Atmos. I am checkingg the most recent season.it appears that I have to enable that capability by clicking the upper left icon. My cursor will not go there, so I am not sure how to enable Atmos.

We have a Samsung A8 tablet which we use for the berlin philharmonic app We cannot chromecast between it and our samsung smart tv. . Have tried most of the obvious fixes but nothing works. Can chromecast from my mobile phone though !

Lots of buffering using Apple TV. Only happens when listen to Berlin Philharmonic.

Every item I choose commences with black, shadowy areas of the screen. eventually, by moving the cursor, I obtain a proper picture, but only temporarily. Then the item comes on, but after say 10 seconds, the film freezes to a halt. It may return, but again after10 seconds it freezes again and theses processes continue all the time. this occurs with every item in your catalogue. I have been a subscriber since your inception and am very frustrated. Please , please, advise and correct . I am 87 years of age and Digital Concert Hall is my main source for my love of Music.

Problem with enlarging concert to full screen size - 0nly half size screen

-The camera changes are practically every two seconds, which can be annoying and cause eye fatigue.
-The app has an issue where sometimes there is video but no audio for a period of 5-20 seconds.
-The app has an issue where sometimes there is no video but only audio when trying to watch a different concert.
-The app has an issue where sometimes there is a "Stream could not be found" error message when using Apple TV.
