I have a fully paid subscription for QelloConcertsDocumentaries—it worked great initially during the free trial and once I started paying for it none of the concerts will play. Downloaded app. Created password. Entered credit card. Activated a one-week free trial. This was last night. Tried and tried to get it to start working. Never did. Same thing this morning. I imagine it will magically begin working the day before my free trial ends.

I am so bummed because Qe... Show more lloConcertsDocumentaries has everything- and I mean EVERYTHING -a music lover would ever want to watch, and I was looking forward to an entire 3-day rainy weekend of music. If I were rating for content, this would be 5 stars- the price for access to all of these live shows and documentaries is UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE. I’d love to have had the chance to watch some of them!

Most of the time it starts to play a video and 10 seconds in it just starts spinning and never returns. Often have to restart QelloConcertsDocumentaries to get a video to play. It crashes a lot also. It not only crashes a lot...just from scrolling or rewinding, but it often doesn’t remember what you were playing when you quit QelloConcertsDocumentaries . I watched the Classic Album Series of Fleetwood Mac-Rumours, and it looked like a poor bootleg VHS.

If the primary content a company is presenting is concerts the bare minimum quality should be in HD. It is so disappointing to find this amazing content only to watch it in potato quality with terrible audio. Currently on the free trial and enjoying the shows I’ve started with, however it’s irritating that I cannot chrome cast on to my tv. This makes using my phone while playing shows extremely difficult. Ultimately I will not pay for this content until I can chrome cast.

The selection is good, and the video quality is great. However, the audio only streams at 96 or 128K bps which is very low. Please up the quality of the audio

It has a great selection and awesome interface but for some reason I can’t get it to run in the background. It’s great. However, today, you made a glitch when you added Annie Lennox’s “An Evening of Nostalgia” to your concerts when she’s already there. Thus, there are two recording of Annie Lennox’s “Evening of Nostalgia” concert! What should I do?

The content offered on QelloConcertsDocumentaries is outstanding. The only thing that bugs me is how the video automatically plays behind each item on the Home page on my Roku when you scroll to choose a video. Stop and start. Stop and start. Also the screen blacks out for a few seconds every time... Show more this happens. At least give the user the option to turn off that feature.

While I enjoy seeing the classic rock bands in today’s format, I would much rather see more vintage concerts when the band looks and sounds like I remember them.

I truly enjoy Qello’s streaming service but,

I do have a few suggestions that I feel would make Qello an even better experience and more pleasurable.

If Qello had the option to have dates and the name of the venue on the screen, it would be very helpful. I also hope that someday soon ... Show more there will be more recent and current concerts available for streaming along with the option to watch sets from all different music festivals.

These suggestions would put the cherry on top for Qello and make it that much more enjoyable than it already is.

One thing that really annoys me about a product is when they constantly pester you for a review, many times before you even get the product

I love concerts, but am not a fan of crowds. This has been such a wonderful source for seeing amazing shows without having to deal with the people aspect. Superb content - gems that music lovers won’t likely find anywhereelse

There is a wide selection of concerts to enjoy. My only tiny complaint is that I wish more of the concerts were in 4K or would be upscale to 4K, but this isn’t Qello’s fault. Still a 5 star experience for me.

The Catalog of music documentaries is the best I have seen.
I will say that paying for the upgraded plan is worth it. We originally did the trial thru prime and downloaded QelloConcertsDocumentaries on our phone. The trial was limited on the selection compared to what QelloConcertsDocumentaries... Show more on our phone said so we loaded the stand alone Qello platform to our smart tv and love it

I love music and nothing is better to me than live music. I would rather watch a good concert than a movie any day. Quello is the best and I just hope that it keeps growing and never goes away.

I cancelled my trial subscription because I wanted to rent some opera videos with the usual choice of supertitles (usually a choice of languages). No such thing on the Qello versions. I tried the Apple TV menu to turn on cc but no avail. Help is buried behind an email form, not even an FAQ on Qello... Show more ConcertsDocumentaries . Worthless.

I like QelloConcertsDocumentaries , but it crashes every time I try to scrub through a video to get to the part I want. Can I suggest 10-second skip forward and reverse buttons, too?

This is great to have all the concert info available. Would be nice to have some more recent concerts as well...and better stability in QelloConcertsDocumentaries ’s performance

Nobody there has s seat as good as these videos and the sound and variety is perfect.

I viewed this in a wine bar. I ask the waitress what it was. I was hooked. I purchased it for a year at the time for the best price.
