Summary of Veeps Problems 🔥

- Bitrate was bad

- Payment for the concert was made In-App, transaction successfully charged my CC but the app failed to unlock the purchase

- Had to make the payment from the website, which resulted in me being charged twice

- Lacks basic functionality

- Pause button works about 1 out 10 times, same with resuming

- Bar for fast forwarding and rewinding is impossible to use

- $30 RENTAL fee again with an app that functions this poorly

- Veeps apps on iPad, iPhone and Apple TV are buggy and don’t have the same features

- Simple press of the button to turn the screen to landscape causes the video to be small and in the corner

- Controls to go back to the other view are off the screen

Veeps iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Veeps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Veeps app on iPhone
Update Veeps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Veeps iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Veeps on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Veeps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Veeps Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Veeps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Veeps App
1. On android, goto Settings » Veeps » click [Force Stop]

Update Veeps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Veeps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Veeps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Veeps.

Fix Veeps unable to contact server/ Veeps internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Veeps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Veeps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Veeps
