I have a problem with Skitch

- Skitch is glitchy and can kick users out of the app about 33% of the time.

- Skitch has a few minor problems, such as limited font options and the inability to rotate text.

- There are rumors that Skitch for iOS may be discontinued, which would be a disappointment to many users who rely on the app.

Skitch suddenly stopoped working. Force quit says it's there but it doesn't load . Very disappointing - great app.

Trying to annotate photo, but Skitch just goes to black screen with circling beach ball of death when I click “done”

To resolve Skitch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Skitch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skitch » click [Force Stop]

Clear Skitch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skitch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skitch.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skitch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skitch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skitch
