Hello, I was hoping to use the Eversnap app for my wedding on May 22nd, but the app won't let me create a new album. Please let me know how to resolve. My brother used this at his wedding in Sept of '18, and I loved it! Really hoping I can use it too.

How to fix Eversnap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Eversnap app on iPhone
Update Eversnap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Eversnap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Eversnap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Eversnap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Eversnap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Eversnap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Eversnap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Eversnap » click [Force Stop]

Update Eversnap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Eversnap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Eversnap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Eversnap.

Fix Eversnap unable to contact server/ Eversnap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Eversnap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Eversnap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Eversnap
