Buggy app, failed delivery and no refund
Problems in the app made it choose the wrong apartment number and phone number , and bugs in the customer service chat function didn’t allow me to correct it. The delivery rider wasn’t able to find me, and they failed to deliver it. Customer service refused to refund the money.
