You can’t even travel in peace without all the dirty threats

I am so sick of these people saying it is unusual to leave the uk, people travel all the time.

Halifax is definitely connected to corrupt police. I no longer call customer service,in Scotland all your calls are recorded. This system they made of world control is just demonic

With this latest update Halifax no longer loads and will hang on the first screen. It then crashes. I can still use Halifax on my iPhone but it wont work on the iPad any more… After a response from the developer, they suggested a reinstall and that worked one time. Now it gives a login error again. I can’t spend the time deleting Halifax , installing and verifying it every time I want to use it….
Other suggestions: I would add the ability to approve credit card purchases if they have been blocked. Instead of having to call and wait for a person.

There are way too many technical issues

One of the worst apps I've used in a while. I've had it for a year and I've never been able to get mobile cheque deposit to work.

I made the mistake of contacting the bank through Halifax . Now I have a notification that will NOT go away. I’ve deleted and re-added Halifax to my phone and contacted them multiple times, still shows I have an unread conversation. Which I do not. Very annoying. Otherwise app works fine.

The new app update is very responsive. I think it was worth the rebuild. Good work bank people!

It annoys me I am unable to change my international address using Halifax. Having lived in the USA for almost 15 years now, I moved to a new area a year ago but even though I kept the same phone number and can prove I have moved, that’s it’s still me, I can’t change it. Yet I could change it on Halifax if I was still in the UK and moving around the country. It’s ridiculous.

Quick and easy

I have used Halifax for most of the year I have had no problems. In fact with this app secure the bank have been straight back to me with any possible or perceived problems. I appreciate that! It may be a little time consuming (20 minutes some times) But it’s keeping my money and details safe.

Have been using Halifax for years. It gives me flexibility when I am overseas and gives peace of mind when making serious financial transfers. Never let me down and the “real person” back up are also worth a mention.

Download Halifax if you have a this app account as it’s so very easy to use. Seriously, it checks to make sure I want to make a payment, I can transfer money easily, I can see if transactions are being made.

I’ve been with this app for nearly 30 years, it’s a great bank.
