I love my bank but FirstAmericanBankandTrust is horrible. The new update has no option for spendable balance. It doesn’t refresh in real time. I’m still seeing the balance from 4 hours ago. It needs to have to bugs fixed.
I love that my bank has an app. When FirstAmericanBankandTrust is working, it’s awesome. It does have glitches fairly often compared to my other banking apps. Since yesterday, I have been getting an error message that FirstAmericanBankandTrust needs to be updated because it is incompatible with the server. The problem is there is no update available. I hope this is fixed quickly.
The new update looks good but is horrible too navigate through. Continues to time out. Any change that is applied in never able to go back to the home screen to check balances. Have to log completely out and log back on. Please submit another update to correct these issues. Been using app for the past couple of years.
I really tell everybody about how good FirstAmericanBankandTrust is i would like to keep first American on my team and willing to do anything to make it better thanks have a great one love kaelan zenon.
First of all let me say that I’ve been using FABT for decades and haven’t had one problem or issue, unlike others I’ve dealt with who were huge banking institutions. And perhaps that’s the problem. FABT is like old school banking, local, smaller and more personal but offers all of the high tech services/features of the giants. In my case, ‘error free’! Smooth, safe, accurate, consistently free of problems of any kind.
FirstAmericanBankandTrust , I love! Once set up properly it just couldn’t be easier. And accuracy is phenomenal. Those who have issues with FirstAmericanBankandTrust , I can only guess is in need of more information or understanding of the functionality of it.

iPhone Face ID not functional yet? No memo field on deposits. Good though. Keep working on it!

Only complaint, finger id doesn’t work sometimes and I have to type in my name and password!
I have been so happy, that I choose this Bank to do all of my banking with. I’ve been a member for many years. I have no plans on ever changing it. I recommend it to everyone I know. I’ve also very please with Customerservice. They are always very nice and helpful. Thanks to you all.
