Plez help. No problem with corr-links for months until today. Signing in today the format was different. I got to my 4 unread messages and saw my inmate's name, sent time and date, etc., but no place to click on to read the messages. It looked great and accurate, but no place to click. Pictures started trying to print, he does not want them and did not request they be printed. These cost $20. Now his balance is zero. How can we stop the pictures from being printed? Hi. I tried to send an email to my son. I went back to "Recharge My Account'. I clicked on this link. I inputted the required information. When I tried to send the information through, I got 'this information 'do not match our records'. First, the information you have is incorrect. I cannot edit and input the correct information. You don't have a phone number to talk to a tech to correct this problem. Do I cancel out this account and try again with a new account? Your dropdown window doesn't trouble shoot this issue.

How in heaven's name can we get refunded? My son is out of prison, but getting a refund is impossible. Corrlinks makes it extremely difficulut, I suppose, so they can keep/steal our balance. They are the ones that should be incarcerated! Sad.
