How to fix GoalAlert app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoalAlert app on iPhone
Update GoalAlert app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoalAlert iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoalAlert on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoalAlert network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoalAlert Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoalAlert not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoalAlert App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoalAlert » click [Force Stop]

Update GoalAlert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoalAlert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoalAlert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoalAlert.

Fix GoalAlert unable to contact server/ GoalAlert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoalAlert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoalAlert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
