If you have to replace or hard restart your phone, Time passages does not keep any data at all on any of their servers or in cloud. You will lose every piece of data you put into this app, even your own.

This has been a problem for years, I’ve corresponded with this company for years. I actually emailed them a few weeks ago because I knew I was going to have to replace my phone and they still have not come up with any solution. It is very very upsetting to invest money in a product that is so unraveling in the App Store.

I am reaching out to Apple to see if there’s any sort of compensation that can be given back to me because they have lost my information. Not once, not twice… Repetitively, and they know it’s an issue and this company refuses to fix it.

A lot of these people I had data stored in this app for for- I don’t even have contact with anymore but I need to be able to have their information on file just in case they get other services from me in the future.

There‘a a family member that has passed away, and I no longer have any of their information.

This is not a safe app, it will undo all of the hard work that you’ve done.

I am very sad that I am just lost of a connection I had with someone bc this app refuses to hear their consumers and adapt to basic needs in iOS system.

I rarely write a review but since I paid $30 and I'm not happy here I am. I'm finding a lot of aspects do not have descriptions for or they have the wrong description. One example my partner and I share sun conj Moon. Under their description for this aspect is sun squ moon. Another example with the progressions soon I'm going to be going through a Prog MC opp Pluto and it's not showing up at all when I enter the date of this happening which from my point of view they are not showing all aspects and this is an important progression which should be shown. Another example I'm about to start Tr. Neptune trine Venus. The description I'm getting is the same for Tr. Neptune squ Venus. Yes, same planet but not the same type of influence. If I was a beginner this would be really confusing. There are a couple other aspects I have ran into on this app that don't even have a description. If the app isn't finish then don't change $30 for it. I want my money back but at the moment I can't find who I need to contact for this. I'm very unhappy. My two stars are for the design/graphics of the app, which is very appealing and easy to read.

I love this app and have been using it for a few years. They used to include Chiron interpretations when aspecting other planets but with the recent update they removed those interpretations. When it comes to learning about astrology I think they missing a huge opportunity as they only include interpretations for the Major Planets. I have switched to another app which I use more often because they include everything from interpretations of asteroids, centaurs, nodes of the moon, Fixed stars, etc. If this app included the interpretations of the nodes of the moon, the star vertex (which I find very important) and added composite charts Id definitely switch back because they are more aesthetically appealing than the other app I switched too. The notes area under individual charts is difficult to use as on ios it does a weird thing and wont shift the screen as you type so after you fill up the space visible on the screen it keeps allowing you to type info but you cant see what you’re typing. (the screen doesn't move down with the text)

Id like to see more interpretations. I think this app is really missing an opportunity here with only including the popular personality interpretations. Surface level, popular planets.
