This app does the bare minimum and whenever I click certain links I constantly get error messages. The estatements and docs link doesn't work at all, it's like some of these buttons are there strictly for show. Also you have to get on a laptop or desktop to find your account information because it is nowhere in the app. I’m so tired of having to jump through hoops on different devices or dig through my recycling to find my account or routing number. Please fix these things ..there are plenty other credit unions out there..

Over the last few years, I have seen Affinity Federal Credit Union transitioning to be looking just like an average bank.
This transition away from the spirit of a credit-union has left me asking if this is the right place to be banking???
Frankly, I believe that the solution is to hire a CEO who understands why credit unions exist, and are not banks. The current CEO is systematically and relentlessly destroying Affinity on a daily basis!!!!
Is channeling more than $150k through the system annually this insignificant to Affinity???

I keep getting the message service not available on both my iPhone or my iPad. This has been going on for several weeks, and I called customer service and they cannot help. I am told to call back during the work day - my work day as well. I have deleted the apps and reinstalled the app, my IOS is up to date. I am not having any problem with any other app. As a long term customer, this is not good customer service.
