I was out on to boohoo man by a friend of mine, he said that he had order one or two items from the site and had no issue. I looked around boohooMAN and couldn’t believe how inexpensive the clothing was especially men’s jeans. I should note that i am in the middle on gaining weight for a bodybuilding competition, so I needed a bigger size pants than usual. Everything seemed to be discounted as if they were going out of business. I ordered two pairs of shorts and three pairs of pants. My order arrived only after three days. Once I got my clothing and tried everything on that’s when I understood why everything was discounted. I took one garment out of the box which was missing a button, another had the button hanging on for dear life, and all the clothing had no real fit or contour at all. Mind you all of the jeans I ordered were skinny, they were very baggy especially about the knee area and one could tell they had just been slapped together and thrown in a box. Rather than return the items which would be I feel an exhausting process am writing about it so other will know. From here on out I will pay for Great Quality clothing which you won’t find at BooHoo man.

boohooMAN is terrible and for at least 3 weeks now it gives an internal server error anytime you try to add anything to the cart. Nothing I've tried fixes this problem and if this issue is widespread then they are literally losing out on who knows how much in sales because it's impossible to order. The descriptions of clothes are incredibly vague, for broad catagories, or often times for the wrong items completely. Order tracking is a pain and I've once had an order confirmation email never come through to me, and when a rep resent it, it still never showed up to my email in any form, even in my spam. It's a shame too because I genuinely like the clothes I've bought but boohooMAN needs some serious work, and right now it's impossible for me to buy anything else due to this constant error.

Not really sure how boohooMAN has as many stars as it does, they are horrible. Their customer service reps are even worse, I asked about my package that was supposed to be here 2 days ago, they claim it is "Still being held by customs," but on my end it's showing that my package has been cleared by customs, Everytime I'd prove them wrong they would just give me a new colleague to speak with. Showed photo proof that my package should've been here 2 days ago, and that they've been cleared by customs and still no explanation. I wouldn't dare buy another item from boohooMAN.

I’ve reached out to this company via email due to the fact that they do not have any customer service phone number they do not respond on WhatsApp they do not respond on Twitter and they do not respond on Facebook I’ve been missing my package for a week now and I have yet to hear from a this app representative they created a case with FedEx but did not reach out to me once FedEx contacted me they told me to contact the seller so it seems to be a game of back-and-forth I am now missing a package and I am out of $200 I would not recommend boohooMAN or site to anyone and I will never be ordering from them again

I ordered an outfit 6 weeks before my birthday and opted for express delivery. I wanted the item for my party. After 2 weeks, I contacted the company and requested an update. They offered me nothing other than “contact Fedex, the delay is not our fault”. I contacted them a week later, still no resolution was offered. After the fourth week, I contacted FedEx. FedEx let me know that the item was deemed lost and that Boohoo was notified two weeks prior. I contacted them to get a refund and they finally agreed to it, but of course it’ll take 5 business days. They offered NOTHING for the inconvenience. I will never try their site again.

I bought around 8 items from this website. I paid extra for fast shipping by paying for UPS. Upon arrival I was asked to pay 34 extra dollars. Turns out the company wanted me to pay for their UPS fees and pass the cost on to me. They said they would reimburse me once I paid the C.O.D. (The 34 dollars). The only problem is you can only pay for it USING A CHECK. Aside from it being an inconvenience that I would have to pay for a fee that I shouldn’t ever have to pay, they ask me to ask someone I know to pay for it. Imagine asking your customers to pay fees after they paid the full price on your products. I hope this helps others to stay away from this brand.

Shopping off boohooMAN is okay, however good luck ever getting an estimate when your package will arrive. Normal companies will give you a tracking ID to put into google and it will immediately tell you where your package is and when it will be delivered. Off boohooMAN it makes you look up the email you received after paying to get the order number, which then needs copied into boohooMAN . Then for some reason you have to go through three identity authentications to prove you are not a robot. Finally you find out where your package is at if boohooMAN doesn’t crash in that whole process. Booo this app; if someone has stolen my phone and hacked into all my accounts, I have bigger problems than them knowing what day of the week my $20 silver and pink satin bomber will arrive.

I purchased an overcoat that I truly love. However, aside from that purchase, my subsequent experiences have not been good. Many of the clothes are low quality and they don’t look like what is shown on the website. Many of the clothes also don’t have the materials that it’s made out of listed on the website either; I presume to mask that the clothes are made out of cheap materials. boohooMAN isn’t user friendly and I had to do way too much searching in order to process a return. Tracking an order is tedious as well. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing clothing from this company.

First issue is it’s a gamble buying clothing. You can order the same style and size of a article of clothing and get two different materials. The jeans fabric is cheap is spandex stretchy and cheap. The revere color shirts cheap and tight around biceps.

With all this taken in to account would in the past still shop here. Mainly due to the fact not to many people in America shopped here in my community or knew of the company.

Then they canceled the baby for saying what he wanted. Instead being loyal they jumped on the band wagon. Which honestly once heard the da baby did a collab I said 😕 with this cheap (you know what ) line? Not A lister this more c lister collab worthy line.

Cheap material bad collabs gamble in quality depending on orders. Now you CANCLE a rapper who has said some of the most explicit thing on rap record. Who walked around in a diaper prior to making it big. WHO SHOT A MAN IN WALMART! yet him making a comment about gays was the last straw this app? 😒🤣🥲 you guys are total clowns. Not to mention that gives me me atheist or satanic vibes.

Seeing as the Bible clearly makes mention of how same sex is abomination. (Gods words not mine). So maybe the comments was extreme but freedom of speech especially on something label by holy scriptures a abomination.

You guys lost a big customer for life.

the packages kept saying a certain shipment time then switching . my packages got her and everything sized correctly except for my jeans i went by the size chart and my jeans were too small i would recommend getting a size up in the jeans they ran tight tight . the quality was very good though but now i have to go through a 3 week lomg refund and return process because i followed the size chart. the t shirts fit very well and were true to size. i wish i didnt have to wait this long again for my clothes to refund me so i can reorder the right sizes but now im stuck having to pay for the shipping of it to do the return as well as wait for the jeans to take another 2 weeks to come in the mail. the sale was good but for the clothes size wise i wouldnt recoomend going by you original sizes .

boohooMAN is super easy to browse and i like the user interface a lot. it’s a breeze to navigate and fun to shop on, but the only thing that’s tripped me up are the size guides. when you view the “Details” page, it’ll say “Model is 6’1” and wears size 32r” but when i view the size chart, it doesn’t show 32r anywhere. and the measurement shown in the display don’t match the measurements necessary to the article of clothing. there’s no clear way to reference the chart against the labels shown in the picture at the bottom. i’m about to order pants but i’m not confident that they’ll fit. i know that’s a risk of online shopping but you should at least try to have a user friendly size guide so that people have the lowest chance of buying the wrong size. other than that, it’s a good app. i’ve got some cool stuff in my cart for black friday and i’m excited to see if it all fits :)

I’ve made many orders using boohooMAN and overall the quality is ok for the price. I just wish the product descriptions were more accurate along with the materials used and measurements. A lot of the descriptions are copied among multiple items in a category and it’d be nice to know what I’m getting especially since I’m not quick to buy and return since this stuff is coming from the UK.

I like the clothing brand so far but when it comes to boohooMAN , it just takes you from boohooMAN and jumps you to a web browsing page. Which is cool because I can still do my shopping but what’s the point of me subscribing to your email for the “special offers” “when downloading boohooMAN ” but, you can’t even use boohooMAN ?? This is pretty much false advertising and not cool. Especially since we’re under a global pandemic and I could of easily took my money else wherever. So for that reason I’m giving you guys a 4 STAR review. Pretty dope how I’m copping swag from Europe, getting laced with some foreign drip so overall I’m pretty happy!! FIX YOUR APP. SOLID 4 STARS !!!

Good prices & always has different crazy discount deals everyday. Offers a bunch of different payment options for your convenience and also offers expedited shipping as discounted rates. Usually always has my size just make sure if you see something you like be ready to buy it asap before it’s gone! Can’t tell you how many times it’s happened to me!

Probably one of my favorite app/website to use when shopping for new outfits or accessories. It has everything you need from tight fit jeans to baggy skating jeans. From jewelry to hats and also bags. All for a good price and hundreds of items are on sale everyday. It’s kind of addicting. I use boohooMAN every time and I’m gonna be using boohooMAN forever. It ships fairly quickly, I usually wait a week or so for my packages to deliver from the UK to California in the US. So I’d say it’s pretty quick and the customer service is great. They even partner up with popular rappers.

As a business owners myself, I rarely take the time to review any products I purchase because we never have time, but this app deserves to be rated by every person purchasing their products! So what’s my review? Omg.. I FU@$!NG LOVE IT. It’s always tough for me to trust a site’s sizing recommendations and so I avoid online shopping because I don’t want to deal with the return process, but this app was spot on with my size and mostly everything fits perfectly!! I have placed 3 orders in the past 2 weeks of 20 items per order (because that’s the Max) and I can’t wait to receive my items. You guys are awesome, you’re now my favorite brand.

Superb quality work! for us big guys it’s finally nice to have something that fits well and is still comfy I really love how boohoo is I’ve spent so much time looking for great clothing but every time I always get the “ sorry we don’t have it in stock or we don’t have your size”. so it’s really great that they exist! and I’m 6’4 318 Lbs I’ve always been satisfied with my purchases.

I love this app! The quality is really good, so as the price. I always buy here! But the shipping will take a little bit longer just because they’re not from the US. I think they are from Europe or sumting, but I am always willing to wait bec lf the stylish and quality of their product. Good job this app! Keep the sale going!

Usually I don’t leave reviews but boohooMAN is amazing! I bough 2 shirts for about 20 combined and cargos for 25 and paid express shipping and they came extremely fast. I wasn’t expecting much but for the price the cargos are extremely good material and the shirts aren’t bad either. The oversize shirts don’t fit true to size. If you’re look to get “oversized” shirts I recommend you got two sizes down but the normal shirts are pretty spot on. For pants I usually wear a 32/30 and the medium cargos fit perfectly. I couldn’t praise boohooMAN anymore than I am but please if you’re on a budget and want to expand your clothing buy from here. Highly recommend it!!!!

Very good pricing! I ordered with express delivery and got it a few days late but Im almost certain it was the delivery carriers fault. I ordered about $230 in clothes and mostly everything was good quality and fits like a dream. One thing I will say is the board shorts or swim trunks run very small so I would suggest getting one or even two sizes bigger then your size But only on the board shorts. I ordered multiple pair of jeans and about 10 shirts everything was nicely made and some of the item actually surprised me on how thick and nice they were. I certainly recommend buying from BooBooMan just do a little Research before buying as you should anyway :) very happy

I've ordered a lot of things from here before. Sizing can be weird but there's no system for exchanging product, the company literally just doesn't offer it. You have to return and reorder but if you go to re order you don't exactly get the deal you initially received...how is it 2019 and an online based retailer doesn't offer these services? Dissapointing. I just decided to return everything I ordered since I couldn't just exchange the pants for my 3 piece suit.

If I am going to spend money online to buy clothes (which I love to do) I need to SEE reviews of the individual products before I purchase anything. I know nothing of the product (descriptions for each are very generic) and how they fit except the tall muscular models that are sporting them. Please add customer reviews so I can actually buy your products

Don’t order from here. I’m ordered an item in large because that’s what I wear and it ran super small. I returned it and read in the FAQ about refunds and returns and I read that they refund the item and the shipping cost. I never got the shipping cost refunded and now they’re trying to say it’s my fault because I ordered the wrong size when in actuality they never said on their website that it ran small.

I really love the clothes that you guy have store in boohooMAN and it’s impossible to find something that I really wanted but every time I tried to add anything to the chart it doesn’t show? And I would really love for you guys to figure it out to fix this solution??

I was ordering clothes and at the end of my purchased I realized that I didn’t get the 70% discount but a 40% discount. To then be charged more for my purchase. It’s very subtle, but those coins add up! Trying to communicate with them is a nightmare, especially when I don’t have social media and have to download an app to speak to customer service🤬 really!

The cart just clears at random times and it’s really frustrating when you’re trying to keep track of things. It’d be ok if the wishlist didn’t clear too but it does, then I have to go back and find everything again. It’d be really great if that didn’t happen.

The clothes look really nice and I definitely want to order a bunch for myself but I can’t make it 3 minutes without my shopping cart being completely emptied and I have to start all over. I’ve just given up ordering at this point..

The only reason I downloaded boohooMAN is for 50% off & its still showing 40😡 & the camera and picture feature for searching doesnt work. I tried to use it with screenshots of there clothing & nothing

I would definitely recommend boohooMAN. really good clothes for good prices I did buy two tracksuits one fit good but the other one was a tiny bit tight on the pants but were still good on me. I too was spectacle about boohooMAN but company is real and are famous for women’s clothing. Definitely buying again from boohooMAN.

boohooMAN brings most of the affordable stuff ever and that still looks great will give you the best prices better quality and they deliver on time

A little update, I had to go pick my order up, and one item of the four was not there, the product are in good shape and they fits me well!

This is the worst company ever!!!!! I made a purchase and also paid $13.99 (Express UPS 3-4 days), I still haven't received mine. I received a email from UPS about a $25 shipping fee that’s owed on the order funny thing is I paid the shipping fee on boohooMAN when I placed the order, I reached out to customer service they advised me to pay it and they’ll reimburse me. I paid and nothing shown. Nothing only that, my order still in transit (United Kingdom). I definitely don’t recommend this company they are NOT truthful nor are they reliable extreme lack of integrity with this company SHOP ELSEWHERE!
