Ever since the upgrade IOS12 this app has not worked properly and prior to IOS17 current not at all despite me paying twice for the app. I noticed that PadCad came back to life after upgrading my IPad Pro last night, however I cannot save any thing drawn with the app, also it will not export anything also when I click on instructions this does not work either. I have an old IPad 10.3 which I have not upgraded from IOS 11 and your app still works but I cannot upgrade the iPad as it would lose the access to the app. Having paid previously twice for the app would you please advise what has happened to this app over the last six years and can I have full access to the app for which I have paid twice

How to fix PadCAD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PadCAD app on iPhone
Update PadCAD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PadCAD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PadCAD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PadCAD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PadCAD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PadCAD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PadCAD App
1. On android, goto Settings » PadCAD » click [Force Stop]

Update PadCAD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PadCAD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PadCAD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PadCAD.

Fix PadCAD unable to contact server/ PadCAD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PadCAD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PadCAD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PadCAD
