When I search for dna matches that are in either extended or distant family I get the no DNA match response. Even though I can see them listed in my match list. It also doesn’t pick up ancestral names. Only the name of the match.
My login details have been cancelled by the site. I can't generate a new login email
I can’t upload photos on my phone to the MyHeritage mobile app. I keep getting an error message while working on my family tree with the mobile app. It keeps saying “something went wrong”.

Hi I have discovered that the MyHeritage incorrectly reports "This person appears twice in the tree" for a specific person in my tree under certain circumstances: i.e. the deviation appears to shows up after searching for a close relative (husband or children, however neither parents nor siblings) to the specific person (using the search box "Find a person") or choosing the family branch of her husband, but otherwise not. My tree is "Gunnar Ohlde Web Site", the specific person is Stina Danielsdotter b Jan 9 1788 The deviation persists after starting a new instance of MyHeritage. I have screen shots of the deviation to show on request. BR Bo
