Cannot open app. Just spins and spins on log in. Have deleted and reinstalled, but still just spins.
Can’t login. Wheel just spins like it’s working but nothing happens.
Same problem. Thinking icon just spins and spins.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and all it does is have the spinning wheel but after a long time I go back to my phone and it tells me I have a problem making connection. Have a y idea on how to get it to work
I’m having a similar problem as others. I was logged out of the app but when I tried logging in, it just spins for a few seconds but doesn’t go anywhere after that. I’d love to continue to use this app. It’s been so incredibly helpful in my family history.
I am not able to log into take a name using my LDS login. I have talked to others who can get logged in but cannot execute a search. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Wallace Wilding
I cannot even get into my Take a Name app. I had trouble for a few weeks, deleted the app and reinstalled it. It worked while I printed a few names. A few days later it would not work again. I deleted the app once again, put my user name in and password, pressed the Login button and the it spins for exactly 3 seconds, stops but doesn't open. HELP!
“The app will no longer let me sign in with my FamilySearch username and password. It just blinks and has no message at all. I have re-installed the app and still have the same problem.” I’m having the exact same issue that Jerry Grover posted about in the comments above.
The app will no longer let me sign in with my FamilySearch username and password. It just blinks and has no message at all. I have re-installed the app and still have the same problem.
First the app kept telling me there was a problem when I tried to print out cards. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now I am having the same problem as Peggy Winfrey reported. I put in the log in information and it just sits there.
Even though the user names and passwords work using the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints website and in Family Search, we can not get any of our four family accounts to work. Once the user name and password are entered, nothing happens. They have worked in the past. However, in the past two weeks I have tried several times to use the app and nothing happens after the required information is entered. Help please
