Every time I open the app it prompts me to update the app. When I do I then open the app again and it takes me back to update. I can't get into the app. I even tried unistalling the app and reinstalling but the same issue!

How to fix BassForecast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BassForecast app on iPhone
Update BassForecast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BassForecast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BassForecast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BassForecast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BassForecast Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BassForecast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BassForecast App
1. On android, goto Settings » BassForecast » click [Force Stop]

Update BassForecast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BassForecast App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BassForecast » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BassForecast.

Fix BassForecast unable to contact server/ BassForecast internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BassForecast » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BassForecast » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BassForecast
