I have been a member for 19 years & have rarely had any complaints. I started using the mobile app from the beginning & found it user friendly & loved the convenience of it. However, I’m not a fan of this latest update. Transfers don’t automatically update in account balances while logged in like it use to. I have to log out in order for the update to be reflected in my account balance. It’s also not user friendly to find the log out button now. It requires a little bit of digging & back peddling whereas it use to be straight forward & simple at the top of the page. Please restore these features if you can. It was much more user friendly.

From the very start the mobile app was great. Nothing new is without its issues but your iT team have fixed and added features that I now use regularly without issue. The menu design is precise and easy to use. My most frequently used item is the CSV download, almost daily, for my personally designed financial/budget manager. The most convenient item is mobile check deposit. I can’t speak to all mobile devices but on my iPhone X your app is very responsive. Thanks for not giving up on it.

I go to the Family Trust branch in Clover but have also been to the York branch as well and they are always very helpful and polite. They know me by name as well as my husband. My whole family has been at this bank for many years. I would definitely recommend them.

I love this mobile app because while I’m on the go I can have full access to my account and it’s very convenient. I just wish the feature to turn your debit card on and off was still present

I utilize three financial institutions for various reasons and Family Trust by far has the best mobile access. Simple and straightforward and I do t have to remember another password. Four digit pin. Thank you for making my life just that little bit easier.

This an excellent time and frustration saver! I never go into a branch any more and can check balances, pay bills, make transfers in the car or at home. Perfect for making sure you have enough cash for special purchases.

Family Trust is a wonderful organization I am so happy to be apart of this wonderful bank they have been wonderful the staff has been amazing they are always there to help in any way. I just want say thank you to Family Trust Bank and a thank you to all the staff.

Great mobile banking app since they started automatically syncing the account balances with pending transactions. It would be better if I could transfer funds to my IRA account instead of having to go into a branch to make a physical deposit each time.

Thai newest release has improved FamilyTrustDigitalBanking that was slow at times. I like the change to the navigation bar. The issue with the transfer feature has been fixed so you don’t have to scroll down then back up to submit a transfer.

I’ve had FamilyTrustDigitalBanking almosy year now and I’ve seen it go through a good bit of changes. I do prefer the fingerprint because I often am in a rush when transferring or just checking my account since for some reason the widget itself disappears. Also doesn’t let me balance peel even though I have it turned on? I do feel like some of the options like Budget and Saving Goals shouldn’t be included when they only work if you go through the website browsers. I still love the convenience of FamilyTrustDigitalBanking though.

The convenience of the Family Trust mobile banking application is absolutely wonderful. I use it frequently to check balances, process transfers, and make mobile deposits. I have accounts with other banks and this is by far the most feature filled and user friendly mobile banking app I've used to date.

The latest update adds some nice functional and visual touches. The only thing I would change now is to return the color coding so that deposits show green and debits black again. Everything but transfers are black now. I like being able to see credits quickly at a glance

I love using FamilyTrustDigitalBanking but there have been minor changes that i don’t enjoy. i have my face id enabled, but lots of times i have to sign in manually. also, there used to be a card control feature available but it seems as if it no longer is. otherwise i absolutely love mobile banking and FamilyTrustDigitalBanking .

It is a good overall app. Love the availability to transfer, deposit checks, etc but on the weekends it doesn’t process the charges. So if you use your card on the weekend FamilyTrustDigitalBanking will have pending charges that doesn’t subtract from the overall bank amount. This is the only frustrating factor of FamilyTrustDigitalBanking !

I didn’t have the best credit and family trust was in my side when I applied for a loan. I got the loan and I made on time payments. I was able to go from a fair credit rating to very good credit rating in6 months or so. I took out a loan recently and the interest rate was 7%! I couldn’t believing it. Other banks interest rate in this type of loan was at least 12%.
I took out a personal loan to pay for a new heat and ac system. They gave me exactly what I asked for.
I have nothing but good things to say about Family Trust.

I have been a member of FT FCU for many years and lived in RH for many years as well. I moved from RH in Feb 2018. With the technology that FT has made possible I have been able to continue banking with FT with out changing banks. I can do everything on my cell phone. Also if I need cash I can use an ATM in my location and if charged for the transaction, FT will reimburse my transaction fee!! Very happy with my bank .

Would rate lower than one star if possible. Previous versions of FamilyTrustDigitalBanking were awesome. New version is slow and clunky. Navigation use to be easy and one tap. Now you have to jump through more screens to accomplish the same tasks. Overall look is also terrible. Bottom line, UI is awful. Who approved these changes? I also emailed customer service to voice my frustration. Go back to the drawing board family trust and get it right!

**UPDATE** Fixed the login issue after about 3 months. Took off a star for the delay, but thanks for finally fixing the issue.**Last update broke what WAS a pretty decent app! Logs you out EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Please fix
