I have updated AbuDhabiPolice to latest version, however when I open AbuDhabiPolice it gives a message “please update AbuDhabiPolice to the latest version” and it brings me back to App Store 😡

Not working, i was waiting for otp to be sent to my phone for several times and I’ve never received it. Definitely needs enhancements!!

I have contacted AD police over and over. No one will assist. You are told to file a case in MOI app for police. Still no response after days and no support. My passport was stolen and no one will view the taxi camera. What happened to caring for people? I have lived here for over 5 years and most people are helpful. Now everyone points to an app. This is not helpful.

It’s not just crash .. it give me an report says “Abu Dhabi Police” and the only option is “ok” ..!! Every time I tried to use a service it give me that error which make no sense .. at least give your error a proper number or name so it can be reported and make resolving that error easier for both end.

I cannot use AbuDhabiPolice because it is up to date yet I keep getting update message and it takes me to AbuDhabiPolice store! Fix please.

Every time i try to make a payment to pay my fines I enter my card details and when it comes to the expired date I press on it and the whole screen goes black and it freezes.

It is great that the Abu Dhabi police will take the time to ensure everyone understands the change in road conditions. On the other hand it should not wake me up at 1 am while I’m asleep in my bed and nowhere near my car. More to the point the loud and obnoxious sound shouldn’t be used if there is a small delay or detour that will taken. I’m pretty sure AbuDhabiPolice has caused a few accidents itself due to the god awful and shocking noise it gives when you’re peacefully driving down the road.

Same as above comment. Keeps asking to update and keeps reloading.

AbuDhabiPolice is apparently the major if not the only way to find out if someone was fined. This means everything should be either translated or the text should be able to copy for translation. No use to see a fine but not be able to read the details for it. Even the making suggestion feature from AbuDhabiPolice is only in Arabic.
IMHO something that important when living in a foreign country should have more thought on integration everybody.

Very confusing and not user friendly sign in and register process

AbuDhabiPolice is not working for more than a week and even if u log in, it will keep asking you to update the version, which is already up to-date.

It was working fine until last week and now it keeps asking me to update to the latest version but the thing is I already updated it and still it’s not working and still asking me for the update! I can’t even use any of the features so please fix it.

Crash after last update

Excellent performing App which conclude all the history and the detail of you traffic history.

Very useful application, but no one can use it now because of update request which popup ever time you open AbuDhabiPolice even when you’re up to date!! it will redirect you to App Store and there is update.
