Announcing system is a safety hazard

It is great that the Abu Dhabi police will take the time to ensure everyone understands the change in road conditions. On the other hand it should not wake me up at 1 am while I’m asleep in my bed and nowhere near my car. More to the point the loud and obnoxious sound shouldn’t be used if there is a small delay or detour that will taken. I’m pretty sure this app has caused a few accidents itself due to the god awful and shocking noise it gives when you’re peacefully driving down the road.
Apps cannot replace people doing work

I have contacted AD police over and over. No one will assist. You are told to file a case in MOI app for police. Still no response after days and no support. My passport was stolen and no one will view the taxi camera. What happened to caring for people? I have lived here for over 5 years and most people are helpful. Now everyone points to an app. This is not helpful.
Crash all the time

It’s not just crash .. it give me an report says “Abu Dhabi Police” and the only option is “ok” ..!! Every time I tried to use a service it give me that error which make no sense .. at least give your error a proper number or name so it can be reported and make resolving that error easier for both end.
