I live in Detroit and am a huge Rangers fan. I used to use this Rangers app for the in-game alerts all throughout the season, it was my way of staying on top of the team because it instantly gave me score updates and highlights when I was at work or in class. I tried to download it again for this season, but it forces you to download the NHL app. I don't have enough memory on my phone for both and I don't want the NHL app! You would think that the NHL would be happy that a guy from Detroit is downloading both the Wings AND Rangers apps, but apparently that's not satisfying enough for them so they try and force you to get the NHL one. Nope, ain't gonna do it. Thanks for ruining what was once good, don't fix what's not broken!!

I’m so glad they rolled out this most recent update—it’s SUCH an improvement to the prior one that was ruined by the NHL app. If you haven’t tried NewYorkRangersOfficialApp in awhile, you need to redownload to give it another shop because they’ve improved everything. The interface is smooth to use and you have everything you need to manage tickets, see upcoming games, scores, etc. GREAT JOB!!

Finally an app that is smooth and I can see all my tickets for upcoming games/events. I like that it’s specified for the Rangers. It’s easy to catch up on news, game day information and everything blue-shirts related. Happy NewYorkRangersOfficialApp took took no quit to heart and came back better than ever. LGR!

So so so glad the Rangers app is back to this quality. It’s everything I need to get my Rangers fix - scores, player updates, purchasing tickets, news, etc … If you’re a Rangers fan of any kind - you should download NewYorkRangersOfficialApp.

Someone must have done an AMAZING job with NewYorkRangersOfficialApp’s latest update. This is SO much easier to use than before and now there’s everything Ranger fans need—scores, schedules, ticket info. I’m even more excited about hockey now! LGR!!

So glad they finally brought back the Rangers app! I found the user experience on the NHL app to be really frustrating and not as targeted as I wanted it to be with respect to team specific stuff. Happy that we’re back to pre-NHL app days. LGR!

I love that they brought back the Rangers App! The NHL app was ok but it didn’t have the team specific articles and videos that I wanted. The overall navigation is great and it’s easy to find all the content I’m looking for. LGR!

I am a big hockey fan and pretty much fall every team. I downloaded it out recently and it is by far the best app out there from any professional sports team!

I think this is a great example of what a team’s app should be. Navigation is smooth, and the features are sharp. Stats, videos, team insights…an excellent product, in my opinion.

I’m a huge Rangers fan and glad they finally redesigned NewYorkRangersOfficialApp . It used to be terrible, but it’s much easier to use now and I can actually follow the team without a ton of hassle.

The old app actually had content not found on the NHL app. It allowed me to listen to games. I listened to the playoffs in London a few years ago. I tried to listen recently and no luck. I enjoyed the extra interviews the old app had. It was for fans! I rarely used the NHL app and see little use for it for Rangers content. I am extremely disappointed. As a season ticket holder for years I view this as a slap in the face!

The new interface and features make it easy to navigate and have everything a true diehard fan needs all in one place. Great job!!

I recently downloaded the Rangers app in anticipation of the upcoming season. Let me tell you I am more than thrilled with NewYorkRangersOfficialApp so far. Love the new updates the best in the world. Can’t wait for the season!

Whoa what an improvement! The old app was just a useless feed of big pix and social media crap. Now we get highlights, news and my season ticket management seems a lot smoother. Nice upgrade way - more functional.

I'm so mad they changed, or should I say, got rid of NewYorkRangersOfficialApp. There was a reason for me having both this and the NHL one, they were different and I enjoyed this one specifically because I'm a ranger fan and it was much easier to follow. The notifications during a game were simple. Now it's completely useless, I don't understand the point of even still having this if it just directs you to the NHL app. So stupid.

Love NewYorkRangersOfficialApp upgrades, a huge improvement and so easy to use! Very glad to have all of my Rangers news, stats, scores and more in one place.

Stellar app that is organized and intuitive. Great app for all Rangers news and info. Must have for any Rangers fan.

I missed the Rangers having their own app, I much prefer its completely NYR focused content and much easier UI compared to the NHL app.

The basic of basic and for some reason it takes awhile to find where the standings are (you have to scroll down on the home page past shopping, photos and junk) and they are not accurate. The team with the most points is first and so on. But not on the Rangers app!!!

I have high mark but I just one thing is how come you when you do giveaway why can’t you do it on app! And also the store doesn’t have a Rangers night gown ?

Very informative and entertaining, especially when you can’t watch the games on the West coast.
Better than the Post, Newsday or The Daily.

Enjoying how NewYorkRangersOfficialApp is working all I ask is to make sure that it’s updated so no issues with it

I love it just because it’s the Rangers but it could be better like being able to check your score when answering the questions in the pick em other than that I love it 🙏🏻🙏🏻💙💙🏒🏒🥅🥅🥅

I don’t have the ability to watch the games so being able to get the updates is a big plus.

I love NewYorkRangersOfficialApp , if it had scoring alerts as well instead of just period updates it would be way better too

I am easily informed from the convenience of my phone. Great when I am traveling to get a play by play update

Sometimes life takes us in other directions and we can’t be at the game or watch it live. I travel and am in meetings so it’s fantastic to get the alerts and updates when there’s news during the game and without lag time!!

NewYorkRangersOfficialApp is much improved. That said, in-game scoring updates are not working. I’ve tried every setting I see. Other people I’ve talked with have the same issue. This is very important for people who are not able to watch or listen to a game.
Please fix this ASAP.

Needs improvement in updating goals scored I wish I can watch the goals after they scored. Other then that it’s self great app

Listening to the occasional game I cant see on TV is very enjoyable for me, it definitely takes me back to my childhood days when radio was the only option 🙂🥇💪

We were on vacation in the Caribbean and our tv selection was very limited. We listened to the game on NewYorkRangersOfficialApp . Go Rangers!

I used to go on google sports to see the standings recaps and everything else. After downloading the rangers app I only needed to check this one app for everything. It has tickets, recaps, merch, live score updates and notifications for goals and other announcements for games. If you’re a fan, definitely download.

So much better than most other teams’ apps. I have about 15 different teams mobile apps to help keep me up to date with the game, and the Rangers have the best one. It’s organized really well, has plenty of features, and a lot of opportunities to get yourself invested with the team

NewYorkRangersOfficialApp is horrible. Why should I have to sign into Facebook for live game updates/scores? I may be the only one in the whole world that doesn't use Facebook but it shouldn't prevent me from using all the features. What happened to all the player information? The where to watch feature should show more than 1 game. The schedule should include the wins/losses instead of having to look at two separate screens. The old app was much easier to use. I wish I never upgraded. NewYorkRangersOfficialApp does not even deserve one star.

Nothing better than having an app that actually works and gives you all the information you need. Love it.

The big improvement over the previous version. would like to see a little more inside information regarding team and players.

NewYorkRangersOfficialApp tells me everything and I’m a huge New York fan. I use NewYorkRangersOfficialApp Everytime they are playing and I watch every game! No suggestions to change it. This is the best app for ranger fans. Let’s go rangers!
