In my opinion other betting apps make it easier to use boosts. In order to use profit boosts you need to click account on the top right of BetRiversSportsbookNewYork , then click a boost which doesn’t tell you what the boost is for until you click it so its annoying.

Another complaint I must say is when I do click the boost it brings me to what is relevant to that boost which I like. The problem comes in when I see other games on the bottom of my phone but BetRiversSportsbookNewYork isn’t responding to me trying to scroll down . I believe this is an issue that needs to be fix in an update. I’ve experienced this on every boost you try to give me and I end up not using it because of this so please fix it.

The only thing keeping this from being better than fan duel and draft kings and a 5 star rating. No transaction history. The fact that I can’t look at the financial history to see if a bet actually paid out or to figure out how much and when is disheartening and frankly concerning.

They lure you by giving you free money on deposit . But will take forever to look thru your information just so you can withdraw what you won. I’ve dealt with every betting site and by far as far cashing out for your money I wouldn’t recommend this site. Customer service responded and still found a way to not look at the situation instead making a comment not pertaining to me any form getting my rightful winning.

Worst customer service experience I have EVER experienced. App would not let me deposit, and then locked me out after a few tries. I reached out to them and then they closed my account, even though it was an app issue!!! I received the worst customer service and they refused to help fix the issue and kept giving vague responses. I will be taking my money to literally any other Sportsbook.

Terrible app. Customer service is useless. They’ll take your money no problem, but when it comes to BetRivers returning your winnings expect a long wait.

No other Sportsbook I use requires an ID to withdraw your money. Not only do they require it, they’ll take “72 hours” to review it.

In my case I have a long-standing issue with the DMV and can’t get a new ID until July. Now my $250 is just stuck there useless and they can’t do anything but tell me I need to upload a valid ID.

Wish they said that at the beginning before I deposited the money.. I would’ve just stuck with Fanduel.

If your debating downloading this sportsbook I would say steer clear plenty of other good sport books out there.

I would recommend not using them. I have used fanduel , draftkings , PointsBet etc and this is by far the worst at payouts. Requesting all types of documents to give a payout is insane . No other sportsbook does this. And then takes forever for them to review your documents . I requested a payout from draftkings and BetRivers at the same time. Draftkings already gave me my money. BetRivers still hasn’t reviews my documents . DO NOT USE BETRIVERS

BetRiversSportsbookNewYork is not good. I deposited money to bet on bills yesterday and as I did that, I was locked out of my account.

I proceeded to contact support in which I received the response “thank you for contacting support”……… that’s all they said to me. Very unhelpful, and I still have my OWN money in BetRiversSportsbookNewYork I cannot access. Very upset with this, do not use these guys.

Great layout of app with good deposit bonus. Only 1x to clear. Fast payout. The best app I’ve tried so far vs C / DK / FD.

There are plenty of apps out there so do yourself a favor and use a different one! They don’t give referral bonuses as promised, slow withdrawal times, zero customer service. Amazing they are in business with such poor quality everything. Scam

No live support. Weakest promotions. Asked for ID, ID with selfie, and bank statement for withdrawal. I dont know how did they got selected to offer mobile online sportbook in NY. The other 4 mobile sport app in NY (mgm, caesars, DK, and FD) is way superior plus a few more is coming online soon so stay away!!

Went to place a bet and they gave me an error saying I had an insufficient balance, I tried many time reloading BetRiversSportsbookNewYork . Then when I placed a bet on something riskier and it went through.

The site is glitchy and poorly put together compared to competitors. Also takes way too long to withdraw your funds!

You not only have to run another sketchy app to locate you as you play, but BetRiversSportsbookNewYork never loads and is so laggy you can’t even surf through it. Do not download. The worst one out

Tried them out when they launched in New York this month, can’t complain. Bonus applied right away, easy to navigate, withdrew via ach a few times and that was easy too.

My only advice is to offer more betting options like European hockey and more international soccer options :)

Finally receive withdrawal. Needed utility bill, selfie, and license. They don’t respond to emails and will hold your money hostage in hopes of u losing it. Stay Away!!!

Literally no one works here to help you. This site locks your money and no replies by the help center. Go to fanduel or draft kings. This place is a mess.

They scam me on a soccer game, the bet was at least 0.5 goals on total game I bet 75$ after the game finish 1-0 they put me as lost !!! What a scam DONT PUT YOUR MONEY ON BetRiversSportsbookNewYork.
