I’ve been a fan for over 55 years and it doesn’t really matter about OfficialNewYorkJets . It is about a team that has not been to the Super Bowl in almost 50 years, have not been to the playoffs in 7 years, and were embarrassed at home in front of us fans a couple of weeks ago against who we thought was the worst team in the NFL. We want a competitive team that plays hard and entertains us, all they’ve done this year is embarrass themselves and make it miserable to go to their games. Not to mention the expense of these tickets to watch a team “mail it in”. So you can have the greatest App in the world, but we want a real team, real coaches, and ownership who demands nothing but the best. After all of these years we deserve it!

It's a solid app. But there's no way to stop it from automatically playing a currently-airing game when opened, or when resumed. I especially find this frustrating when I've selected the radio broadcast, as this doesn't stop the TV broadcast from starting again if you wake up OfficialNewYorkJets , or navigate back to the Home Screen. Please add a preference to disable auto-play of a game broadcast.

There shouldn’t be any political/social comments on players helmets and coaches apparel. This is not the place for it and definitely not the time!!

I am a season ticket holder of 4 seats in the coaches club . This policy of Downloading tickets from OfficialNewYorkJets is a terrible experience I don’t understand why as of now at 11:51 pm on Saturday Dec 11 I still cannot download my tickets for tomorrows game against New Orleans and this has been a constant problem all year .I hope this problem does not persist because if it does I hope the NY Jets will have the decency to refund my money for the game if I am not able to download the tixs.

Getting used to mobile tickets is somewhat difficult. But once you figure it out it is easy as pie. Just making sure that all your passwords are in sync and then the barcode pop right up. Word to the wise do not let your phone battery drain down.

The NJ Jets are among the worst run organizations. My $20,000 PSLs are worthless along with my tickets that are worthless. The organization has botched every opportunity to create a competitive environment. The so called Jet nation has been reduced to the Jet club, that attracts losers. Perhaps the owners should consider re-locating to London. PS don’t forget to refund the PSL investments to all the suckers that actually put up their hard earned money expecting a decent product. Using OfficialNewYorkJets to validate prepaid parking backs up entry. I left Staten Island at 5 for a 730 start and barely made it into the lot in time for kickoff. That was a preseason game against the giants. I won’t do it again and plan to stay home to watch going forward.

I love the jets through think and thin been a fan since I was 6 I’m 55 ! I don’t believe all the hype from reporters for me that’s just fake news ( lol ) let’s have a great season and know matter what happens let’s beat the Patriots please that right there is my super bowl types

I want to you why I should continue to pay my PSL? One of the agreements and assumptions was that the product would at least be competitive. Now 10 years later, the product keeps getting worse and worse. I pay for my tickets and PSL every year, yet no one even wants to come with me. The right thing to do is to wave the remaining amount I and others owe..or at least eliminate the interest I am paying. If not, this will probably be the last year for me. Thanks

After 48 years being a season ticket holder I am about to cancel my psl (which I paid dearly for)
Instead of giving the team to a management team that would take full control of the Jets the Johnson’s keep hiring themselves.. as if they know what’s best. Obviously they don’t.
GIVE A GREAT FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION FULL CONTROL AND LET THEM REBUILD. What you have now is a disaster.. Give the fans something to hope for.

I have a really good experience using OfficialNewYorkJets and it gives me all the information I need to know about the Jets. I also recommend to have the NFL app to.

Wow. What a horrendous experience. “Mobile order only” lines without signs to indicate it. An app that doesn’t have an obvious option to place said mobile orders. Not a single person that has ever considered the fan experience in their design. It must be great to have a $100k/yr job and have no idea what you’re supposed to do. Where do I sign up?

Kinda confusing to navigate around on. Also, it’d be nice to have a ; JOE NAMATH / some other retired J - E - T - S players perspective on big tag items, eg. whether we should have finished tanking and gotten Trever L. Or now that we seam to be heading toward a 4/3 we would like to hear from a member of the sack exchange ?

To all jets fans out there I would recommend as it keeps you updated on grades free agents and the draft. It also has the schedule for the season and ticket prices for people who are going to the game. Go jets for playoffs.

I really like OfficialNewYorkJets. I don’t have any problems with it. It shows me the latest jets news, and it lets me watch the games perfectly. Really helpful. 👍

It’s always great to tune into new videos about what’s going on with our team. It’s a good time to be a Jets fan and I can’t wait to see what the future holds

We are definitely better. Offense is better. Needs to keep opening drive energy. Defense very improved. A new professional attitude across the board. A lot of potential. Will surprise the NFL. I guarantee.

I have been a jets fan for a long sss time and now I am comparing this to kotite year and our owner is the worst in football lets face it ever since this clown and his brother have been here it’s been a train wreck we are horrible an high school o line can do better then this they can’t even block an untouched man on blitz .
