I can’t believe this is the only way I can get my tickets. I have season tickets and every game I am trying to get RedBullNewYork work. Most of the time it just never opens and gets stuck on the loading screen. Then there are always problems with the Ticketmaster login. Why can’t they just make this simple.
They have been constantly working on RedBullNewYork building up to and now during the season. Features are CONSTANTLY changing (available one moment and gone the next). Some of the key perks of being a season ticket holder are unavailable. Pretty poor job I’m afraid.
Really good app. Layout of RBA and services on one side and the other side delves into the team experience. Two suggestions to make it better: include news about the rest of the RB family of teams; keep me signed in.
