One would assume that the official giants app would be the best option, but it’s not. Notifications pop up very late. While watching the game, giants will score, and NewYorkGiants doesn’t notify be until at least a half hour after it happens. Also, all off field events such as player signings/trades don’t appear until after I’ve heard about it from every other outlet. Lifetime giants fan, and the only thing worse than this app is the last 3 seasons.

I really enjoy NewYorkGiants and how it helps me keep up with my favorite team. But the last 2 updates won’t even open on my devices. NewYorkGiants info says it works with iOS 11.0 or later. I have an iPhone 8 running iOS 11.4.1 and an iPad Mini 4 running iOS 11.4. Please fix this or update NewYorkGiants info! P.S. I reinstalled a previous version of NewYorkGiants from my computer and it works fine. And NewYorkGiants still works on my 9-year-old iPod Touch!

Selling your tickets online through Ticketmaster has started to crash or won’t open. It is an intermittent issue, sometimes you can check you tickets and put them into your apple wallet and sell them and sometime it won’t even let you log in, it says account does not match email address and password. After resetting my password it still doesn’t work. Love NewYorkGiants besides that which is basically what I use it for, getting into the game through apple wallet and selling my tickets if I can’t go. FIX NEEDED PLEASE!!!!!

Something happened with the last update. NewYorkGiants crashes as soon as you open it. Then you have to open it a second time for it to work. Other than that I like it. Lots of information and videos to get caught up on what happening with my favorite team!

They do not post anything that could be considered negative. For example, the week they sat Tate for his behavior. NewYorkGiants just said Tate would not be traveling with the team. I had to look it up from another media source to find out why because NewYorkGiants wouldn’t give any info.

Please fix the injury player part so it can show our team and the other team because it is a little difficult to see who’s going to be playing and who’s not

Programming is very good. Personalities are entertaining. Fearless has come SUCH A LONG WAY. You have a great sense of humor and add levity to the broadcasts. You have a next door neighbor feel to show.

Only problem with BBK broadcasting is the dropping of the broadcast. Also have this issue during podcasts. One must have to hit home button to continue the program.

Keep up the good work, insights, guests, entertainment.

P.S. would love to have a nickel every time Paul is wrong after his strong mater of fact musings. Your still good Paul.

I came into this country in 1984 from Italy, I did not know one thing about football I saw the name Mark Bavaro. , I started following him, I saw his toughness, and I and I’ve been following the Giants ever since,
Every Sunday and all the home games I am their section 148. Row 8. Seat number seven and six number eight. And it’s my best three hours of the whole week. I have three kids and a wife and everybody’s a Giants fan in my house. Love this coach. I believe we will win the Super Bowl in the next three years.

The only issue I see of that podcast shows take forever to get posted. Besides that, I’m all in!

NewYorkGiants have cool things. Like the trivia, the latest news. If could add something to it would be interactive interviews with players or the capacity of posting questions to certain players so they could answer.

This provides the most in depth analysis possible of the Giants and their performance. The amazing attention to detail in the Joe Judge videos gives a great perspective of how much time is devoted to teaching! This gives the fans the confidence that we are in the right hands for the future!

My advice to GM Joe is to make his own decisions when it comes to the draft. If you listen to the people that have been there you will be sorry for not going with your choices. This could lead to you being in the same boat as the recent past GM's.

We need more Joe Judge videos, hard knocks style. I like how he level headed and doesn’t make excuses while standing up for his team. What about doing some food reviews with the team? Kadarius Toney pepperoni, best slice in jersey….or an outing with the Georgia boys, Tae, olijuari, Andrew Thomas, Isaiah Wilson etc see where they get there “Waffle House” fix in jersey. Just a thought

Site is great . Most updated place to find information and stats on the team. Weekday shows have lots of content and insiders info. Easy to interact with the web personalties. They breakdown the players and games through out the season from the coaches and players prospectives. Very enjoyable.

I was a season subscriber from 1957 to 1980 when I moved to California. Because I now live in Oregon BIG BLUE KICK OFF becomes my life blood to the GIANTS. keep up the good work.

I’m in Florida and usually go out to watch the game in a bar. Usually the home team bucs game is broadcast with sound so I used to be able to watch the game on their TVs and listen to the game on WFAN with NewYorkGiants . No longer do I see it here on the web site. 👎

The sound on the videos doesn’t work - tried reinstalling - still no luck

I constantly experience issues with it. I try to post tix for sale and it errors. The new issue, I can’t connect using WiFi. If I turn off WiFi it connects but it tells me speeds are too slow on my WiFi even though they are twice as fast as my cell data. Just never works right.

NewYorkGiants was very useful for accessing my season tickets account but recently has presented error messages when I try to manage my tickets. Please help as this is costing your customers money!

NewYorkGiants gets a 2 star review because they added a third party to charge you to listen to the radio stream. Garbage. It was the best thing about NewYorkGiants. Not cool at all for west coast fans.

The overall design works well. Content is updated quickly and stays relevant. Though I would like for them to add the option of being able to stream the game live through NewYorkGiants for those of us who are not living on the east coast and can't always catch the game. Even if there is some sort of fee involved. I would love to see them incorporate that.
