City National Bank Reviews

When CityNationalBank lets you log in it is great but it will stop letting you log in.
The only work around I have found is to in install and then reinstall CityNationalBank . And start over. Very frustrating.

I don’t think anyone checks the reviews log in and app work great for a few weeks then it will suddenly stop connecting. Go to the bank through safari and it will connect but CityNationalBank will not connect. There seems to be no place to contact the developer. The link on CityNationalBank Store only opens CityNationalBank.

It has done it again. Mysteriously failed. Get a message that the network failed to respond. Deleted CityNationalBank and reinstalled now it works again but for how long before having to delete and reinstall.

CityNationalBank has been good till recently it has been freezing up. I have to delete it and add it again. I shouldn’t have to do that. Then I try to do a transfer won’t let me. I call the bank to do account to account same bank because app is being stupid , and they charged me 3$. Really

Downgraded my rating due to the fact that I have had to delete CityNationalBank and reinstall it. It has locked up and wouldn’t let me sign in twice now in the last month!

I’ve had CityNationalBank for quite awhile but recently there have been log in problems. For the last month about every two weeks have to uninstall CityNationalBank and then reinstall it. I’ve just resorted to using my browser. It’s rather inconvenient.

Between my experience opening my account and the walk through they gave me on CityNationalBank . My experience with CNB has been truly simple, quick, easy, and informative. Thank you Jonna for all of your help!

Small hometown bank feel but CityNationalBank has everything big bank apps have and more. For no extra charge.

This bank has the most smiling faces and most personal bankers I have been to. They will sit down and make sure all your needs are met.

I really enjoy CityNationalBank. It makes it easy for me to transfer money in between accounts and also pay my bills as well. I love how I can pull up my statements with just a click.

Has given me the power to see my accounts and check my balance. Is awesome and saved me time going to the bank to check it there which also saved me gas money.

I’ve used CityNationalBank for almost 2 years. I think it’s fantastic and easy to navigate. The only problem I ever have or have had, is an error logging in. From experience and trial & error, once I receive the error message, I cannot use CityNationalBank . So, anytime I receive the error, which in the past 6 months has only happened twice, I delete CityNationalBank and reinstall. Works every time! Hope this helps a few users.

The mobile app lets me transfer in between my accounts and I can see what my teenage daughter is doing on her account so I can teach her how to be financially responsible! Also I like that you can freeze your debit card from your phone right then and there! Also it’s cool that you can transfer to another CNB account with CityNationalBank because sometime I like to give my SO some money!

CityNationalBank is easy to use and helps me to stay on track of my spending, easy to transfer from one account to another and freeze my card when I misplace it.

Have had CityNationalBank for several years . Love it ! It’s user friendly and I am able to pay all my bills using bill pay . It takes me less than 2 minutes and I can do it anywhere !

I’m able to login daily and can count on my information to be up to date and reliable.

I love CityNationalBank easy to use with touch id.I can deposit my check transfer money freeze my card all at the touch of a button . So easy to use i love being able to see my transactions and make sure im spending my money wisley.

CityNationalBank is always real time and updates my balance immediately when I need it. I have almost never had any issues with CityNationalBank loading or with any of my transactions not being visible. I use CityNationalBank constantly and would be lost without it!

I rated 5 stars because it has worked great since I opened and account but in the past week I haven’t been able to login it says error is getting a little frustrating maybe another update please ooh and by the way it’ll be good be able to use it on Apple Pay

I love CityNationalBank ! It’s easy to use, and has so many great features. I can deposit checks, I can transfer money, check my balances, look at and print my statements. I can also shut of my debit card or report issues. I also love that CityNationalBank lets me use Touch ID! Very easy to change your security features and set up text banking as well.

Love using CityNationalBank to transfer money to my college kids accounts. They call and need funds and I can have it in their accounts in seconds to be accessible you their debit cards.
