While Lloyds is ok as far as banking apps in the UK go, it is impossible to get any help when you need it. They offer a mess engine service via Lloyds , which is advertised as the only way to contact the bank if not by phone, however unless your query is very basic and can be answered by the bot, don’t expect to have it solved. No response from multiple requests.

Idk if it’s the latest version of iOS but Lloyds can’t even open. It loads and then immediately shuts. I would give it zero stars if possible. How do the developers not know their app can’t even open and it’s been WEEKS?! Ridiculous.

I have had Lloyds a few years now and it is very unreliable and frustrating to use. It keeps crashing, takes ages to load sometimes and finally I have to give up and go online to get my tasks completed. They need an update badly.

Overall Lloyds is good. Normally basic features (account summary and bank transfer) are easy to use. But one thing must be improved is the compatibility with larger screens. On the iPhone 5 it looks pretty fine but on the iPhone 6 and later everything seems to be enlarged, e.g. The icons and the text. It's been so many years since the iPhone 6 was launched. Hope this is going to be fixed in the next release.

Had to report a fraud, app said Lloyd’s is open 24/7 for that but it is a lie. Got voice recording and next day was told I had to go to a branch to report fraud. They couldn’t even do it over the phone! You would think fraud prevention and protection would be a priority?

Login is smooth. It's generally reliable. No search for my account history though, or any further visualizations/breakdowns.

Losing money to online banking is too rampant these days, and scammers are getting more intelligent.
