When asked the question “Write the equation of a line that is parallel to y = 6x + 1 and that passes through the point (-7, 1)” on my mastery challenge for the subject of high school geometry, the answer box is not letting me type the variable “y” in, which is required for point-slope form. I am using the khan academy app, and have answered a question from the same unit without the “y =“ before the rest of the answer, but the khan academy app said it was wrong. I checked my answer and the full hint for the question, and the answer was correct, but it was marked incorrect as I didn’t add the “y =“ before the rest of the answer. The rest of the answer was correct however, as stated by the hint. Please fix this problem by letting me type in the “y” variable.
