when I install "Khan Academy Kids" app through google gbox, the app report an error modal "Khan Kids Oops! Ths Khan Kids clock doesn't match the time on your device. In your device Settings, please go to Date & Time." GBox Version: V1.5.5.5 my device: HAWWEI matepad 11

I haven't been able to use khan academy kids app in over a year due to the app not working. It just gets stuck loading won't open up. I have tried everything from all the trouble shooting suggestions to erasing the app and re-downloading it. It just keeps loading i can't actually get into the classroom...very annoying!!!

After going into the profile the lesson doesn't load properly. The character just stays quite and there is no instruction and you can't do anything. It also says "oops try another one."
