When I try to watch my story it says loading scene but never actually loads.

I created a story with 18 slides, and on the 15th slide, I coded that after everything the slide changes automatically. Now, its stuck at the 15th slide and I can't edit it or unpublish it. It is extremely frustrating that I cannot edit something I already published, and now I can't look at the next slides which I worked hard on.

How to fix codeSpark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the codeSpark app on iPhone
Update codeSpark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall codeSpark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix codeSpark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve codeSpark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

codeSpark Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix codeSpark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the codeSpark App
1. On android, goto Settings » codeSpark » click [Force Stop]

Update codeSpark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear codeSpark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » codeSpark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart codeSpark.

Fix codeSpark unable to contact server/ codeSpark internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click codeSpark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto codeSpark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
