The worst Bank ever, I’ve been a Platinum customer for more than 10 years. I regret every day i spent with them.

Last update not working with IPhone 5

I used to LOVE using the application for its simplicity and quick response
But I don’t think it’s really compatible with my new iPhone 11 pro max. The confirmation sliding bar is not working and after the last update I couldn’t access my credit card

I can’t use AlbiladApp after the update it keeps crushing down

The new update is not working.
you can’t even enter to your accounts what kind of update is that 😳!

The last update is very slow, often stops and restart automatically and difficult to deal. The older one was simple and easy

After updating to IOS 14 it tells me that this device doesn't meet the security requirements for AlbiladApp ... Can't use it anymore

This application is not working on my iPhone

( it’s stoped on the working after update my phone to IOS 14 )

Note : my phone is ( iPhone 11 Pro Max )

Please help me find a solution, knowing that I deleted the program and reinstalled it again and the problem still persists.

It's good to have AlbiladApp, but it needs a continually improvement.

We Need a designated App for iPad that can have the ability for loans pre paid options and accounts opening.

I have different bank accounts, this is one of the best app. Easy to use and handy

Very very horrible. I just opened up a new account in this bank and I feel so sorry for AlbiladApp and this bank. Really Al bilad? Is this your app? Last update was in 2012? Really? You guys are kidding me, right? OMG who uses a computer for online banking nowadays? Everything on phones and tablets you people. Very very bad wallah. I thought you were one of the best in the business. Thumps down!!

There is a problem when I try to download this application.

Error message " The item you tried to buy is no longer available "

AlbiladApp after the new iOS 8, some of the utilities don't work and your forced out of AlbiladApp !
AlbiladApp needs to be fixed

First of all we need a new version for iPad, plus that we need to update the program.

Kindly please add support for iPhone 5 screen it's really not good , and add the ability to pay invoices form AlbiladApp , other than that AlbiladApp is great
