I have some many cards and looking for a card was too time consuming. I searched for a scanner to store and to search faster. And I found samcardbusinesscardscanner. Pretty easy to use but need to make corrections due to mid-reading the card. In particular the gloss finish or some unusual layout. Regular paper and standard format seems to be just fine.

Love samcardbusinesscardscanner because I do a lot of networking and it makes entering all those business cards much easier. I also like being able to save the pic of the card to my photos for viewing later rather than keeping them physically.
One minor suggestion to make it perfect - allow the user to edit the save to account/email feature so we can easily know which list we’re saving the contact to without having to figure it out. I happen to have 3 emails I manage and an iPhone so it shows 4 ways to save the contact. This is great except all of my emails are listed as “address book” and I have to figure out which is which and then remember it each time.

samcardbusinesscardscanner does the job and allows me to add people to my mailing list quickly. Speeds up the process of networking and allows me to not have that proverbial "stack" of business cards that used to lay on my desk. It goes straight to my address book and merges with my other mail accounts.
One hit against is that it doesn't always pick up cards especially if the font is a little funky. Also have to make sure information goes to the right category. The recognition software could use a bit of tweaking. But overall it works well.

The text to import doesn't always get it right, but it is very easy to go in and correct things that aren't read properly. The first and last name once corrected do not show up as having a space between them in samcardbusinesscardscanner , which is a little disconcerting, but they seem to show up properly in contacts.

Performs just as well as expected. Saves valuable time placing contact information into my outlook contacts. Occasionally I may need to correct some details, but that too, is very easy to do. I recommend samcardbusinesscardscanner to anyone that secures business cards that need to be added to contact files.

This is an easy way to take a business card and put it into your contacts list. There is a way to save the image of the card in your phone, but I just like it for the ease of adding contacts to my phone.

I tried the free version and noticed it was very accurate in interpreting the card info. When my trials finished (please increase number of trial cards) I went and tried another card app just to find out it was much less accurate and did not have a clean/straightforward connection w my contacts list on the phone. That's when I realized I needed to get the paid version.

I want to send the namecard to a few partners but there was busy and different schedules so I can not meet them directly. Therefore, samcardbusinesscardscanner has helped me a lot. It sent copies of my namecard to them quickly. The namecard shooting is extremely sharp. So, I have more opportunities to develop their own business

Gone are the days when my business cards would stack up on my desk. After a photo of a business card, you still need to check to ensure that the data is correct, however it is significantly easier to input data into your contacts!

Have been using for close to a month now and it’s working perfectly except that it does not recognise the “+” sign in front of telephone numbers. This you have to add manually yourself. Plus if a card does not state Country in the address then that too you have to load manually . Overall it’s very good and worth the money

How effective and useful samcardbusinesscardscanner is, it surely helps me to save tons of time. Instead of typing manually those card's information, now all I need is open samcardbusinesscardscanner and take photos of those card and samcardbusinesscardscanner will recognize those information and automatically add them into my contact list.

I tried different biz card apps before but was disappointed with all of them until I came across this one. It records most biz cards info accurately and I don't need to make too many changes. The most important thing is that It doesn't need to connect the network, I can feel the security of the data.

When I downloaded the free version and scanned in a couple business cards, I realized i should've downloaded it a long time ago. It is just what I need to get all those biz cards out of my pockets and into my Contacts list.
samcardbusinesscardscanner is intuitive and simple, and I immediately upgraded to the paid version. Can't speak highly enough about it!

samcardbusinesscardscanner works great! No more carrying around a bunch of business cards, no more trying to find people's business contact ind, and no more getting upset when you lose the business card!

Only issue I am having - might be operator error - is getting samcardbusinesscardscanner to recognize when I already have an existing contact that I just want to update vs. brand new.

Very easy to use and glad my son showed it to me!

I've used SamCardfor over a year and could not do without it. People game their cards and watch as I scan them and ask, "Tell me about that. Does it work?" As I hand the card back, I show them how easy it is to use and edit. That is saves both the image of the card and populates you contacts is a great redundancy.
A couple of glitches reading odd typefaces, but overall it’s a dream

This is such a time score! It’s accuracy is 100% when the business card is straight forward and clear.

I always review the information regardless. But, other wise I do have to make some minor changes and edits. Compared to manually entering in the business card this is a wonderful!

While standing in an airport security line I heard a gentleman telling his colleague about SamCard. I went ahead and downloaded samcardbusinesscardscanner , scanned 15-20 cards received on that trip, and corrected very few scanning errors. Meanwhile, the colleague was still unsure about samcardbusinesscardscanner . I tapped hom on the shoulder, told him my immediate experience, and have been telling people about samcardbusinesscardscanner ever since.

Best app to keep your contacts. I’ve been using it for years and has not let me down yet. Yes, the text recognition is not perfect, but it takes just a few edits and its ready for whenever you want to bring up the information. Much better than carrying around a fat wallet full of paper. Also, you can easily share the info once its correctly stored via text or email. Super easy. Great job guys. Almost forgot, cloud based so you have your contacts everywhere!
