NechesFederalCreditUnion is ALWAYS saying “ Application Error “ every time I login these past few months. If anything NechesFederalCreditUnion needs an updated look and features. I’ve been with this credit union for 2 years and never dealt with a bank that had so many issues within their app
My other bank credits me up to $300 before NechesFederalCreditUnion is closed from depositing a check and shows the whole check in the balance immediately instead of several days.
Not quick enough
NechesFederalCreditUnion has everything I need besides one major flaw. I have a credit card through NFCU and when I click on the credit card usage area in NechesFederalCreditUnion it doesn't show transactions / purchases history at all.
Just a few days ago someone used my CC to buy over 50$ worth of products online.
Thankfully, the fraud department called me promptly and was able to cancel them without it becoming too severe.
If they could update this small detail in NechesFederalCreditUnion for users with a credit card then I could have also caught and prevented this as well.
Please fix this issue and NFCU will be a most phenomenal phone app for all.

Love it! Use it almost every day. I just moved 5 hours away and it doesn't bother me at all because I can do everything online or over the phone.
