Can’t pay a bill

Everytime I try to pay a bill with a valid card, it says “The transaction was unsuccessful”. Very annoying. I shouldn’t have to visit Sunrise in person to pay my bills and get an extra fee because of that.
Too many unsolicited ads

I keep getting ads even though I have requested not to. They need to do a better job respecting their customers or they will leave.

Terrible experience with the new update

MySunrise is just completely useless and broken since they updated it with that UPC thing. Be ready to experience UI glitches and “General errors” that they throw at every events, like clicking on a button General Error, typing a new postal address General Error, trying to reload your credit with a credit card General Error.
What a bunch of inexperienced developers. You should be ashamed to roll out such a sub par App.

Nicht mal die verbleibende Internetkapazität (in mb) kann abgefragt werden (mtv mobile next)!!!
Dabei wäre dies für mich der wichtigste Punkt. Rechnungen und laufende Kosten hingegen sind ok..
