How to fix ISEC7 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ISEC7 app on iPhone
Update ISEC7 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ISEC7 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ISEC7 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ISEC7 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ISEC7 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ISEC7 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ISEC7 App
1. On android, goto Settings » ISEC7 » click [Force Stop]

Update ISEC7 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ISEC7 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ISEC7 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ISEC7.

Fix ISEC7 unable to contact server/ ISEC7 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ISEC7 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ISEC7 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ISEC7
