Was always great but the latest version causes MajorCineplex to crash.. MajorCineplex not even started before it crashes!! Need fast improvement!!
MajorCineplex used to work but now whenever you try to pay for the ticket I get a error with my payment..no matter what method I use even when trying to do online bank payment I get the error before it even goes to my bank
Even rival SF cinema's app doesn't require Location service always, you should absolutely change Location service to "While using app" ONLY!!!

I added tons of movies to my watchlist, and MajorCineplex just keeps shutting down whenever I check the watchlist, and those films are all GONE from the entire list, and I do not want to re-add them again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Old version was ugly but could be used. This "upgrade" while looks prettier is horribly broke. Which idiot decided to go live with this version?
SF Cinema app is 100x easier to use. I will start to go their for movies until MajorCineplex is upgraded. I don't need my headache just to figure out when I should be going to the theatre.
Also your M Gen and M Cash system is confusing. Why the F do you need separate logins? What type of monkeys do you have working at the highest level of your company.

MajorCineplex starts to load then crashes. Problem started after iOS 18 update. Two app updates were released after iOS 18 update but failed to fix the issue.

The purpose of MajorCineplex should be to let potential customers find showtimes and book seats.
MajorCineplex fails miserably in this.
Instead it shows advertisement for movies, a silly road map where you have to select the theater you want by knowing how to drive there, and a selection by "brand" and by "type" that might only make sense to somebody in the accounting department of Major corporation.
The website is a bit better, but it does not work well on iPhones.

The new version of MajorCineplex crashes and freezes on the ad screen when you launch MajorCineplex . Makes me not want to go to the theatre when I am bombarded with ads. It is bad enough that Major shows 30 minutes of ads before the start of each movie. Previews for horror flicks before Disney movies... the issues go on with this company and MajorCineplex

MajorCineplex is appalling from start to finish. The developers should be ashamed of themselves. It opens with an advertisement, forgets my favorites cinemas ALL THE TIME and requires a phone number to book tickets (even if they are fully paid for). An abomination.
It makes me confused and my head is spinning every time I use MajorCineplex. Please improve your user interface. The only major change that makes this version better than the previous is that it finally fits the resolution of an iPhone 6/6s Plus.
The application only serves function to check times. However when trying to do advance bookings, I’m always having trouble. MajorCineplex really needs to fix this function, otherwise no point.
Latest update it makes my app logout automatically by itself and can’t add theaters favorite and also can’t add movie to my watchlist. Please update!

Very well organized app where you can check showtime, watch trailers, see upcoming and schedules of new movies as well as buy or reserve tickets. MajorCineplex is also smart enough to check nearby theatres near you and let you save your favorite theatres. And my favorite feature is that it has a ticket tab to see your purchased tickets. Best movie app!

Seems like they have fixed the login issues and the issues that were in the previous comments. I just hope they quality control before they release future versions.
