- Bug in the app where longer documents cannot be scanned

- Cannot scan longer documents despite holding the scan button down for 3 seconds

- Needs to be updated to work with the latest version of macOS

To resolve ScanSnap Connect Application network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ScanSnap Connect Application App
1. On android, goto Settings » ScanSnap Connect Application » click [Force Stop]

Clear ScanSnap Connect Application App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ScanSnap Connect Application » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ScanSnap Connect Application.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ScanSnap Connect Application » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ScanSnap Connect Application » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ScanSnap Connect Application
