Replied to a job posting for CarMax. Was told by someone claiming to be from hr for CarMax, to download Chatwork. Lucky for me I misunderstood that they were asking to do an interview over Chatwork. I instead went to the CarMax location it claimed to be from. A manager came out and told me they had no record of the hr employee I was asking about. They took one look at Chatwork and said this must be a scam. Lucky for me I never gave them any personal information. Beware if you are asked to download Chatwork for a job, call the job directly and double check it’s them before giving any personal information to anyone on Chatwork. It is most likely a phishing scam to get your id and social security number. SCAM

Do not use it, hackers using it for getting your information, they are proving themselves as a some company which is offering you some position, but its not a real its a spam.

I was scammed on Chatwork by a Tommy Stevenson, I can’t reach anyone from customer service or report it in anyway

Went through a interview on Chatwork, didn’t give personal info. Person reached out tried to get information. Don’t do it!!

If you have received a text messaging referencing a job opportunity and they ask you to download Chatwork for the interview, please DO NOT download. This is a scam with individuals who are trying to phish and steal your information.

Chatwork can be used for hackers be careful on what you send the controls everything! Be more smart on your move. I have experience in Chatwork and I won’t let that happen to anyone else so trust me when I say Chatwork is not trustworthy.

Was told by a job employment scam to download Chatwork. While I recognized the scam, I don’t see any other reason someone would use Chatwork. If you’re being told to download Chatwork, check to se if you’re being scammed.

How does the Apple Store let these trogs get away with this? The developers of Chatwork are clearly in on it. I downloaded Chatwork for a job interview and was tricked into giving my bank info and Ssn! Now I have to go through so much bull just to not end up homeless. I hope you burn for this.

Switch the “sort by” option on reviews to “most recent” this is really ridiculous because why is “most favorable” the automatic option, why would I want reviews most favorable to the company? once you switch this “sort by” option you will see multiple reviews explaining how Chatwork is used to scam !

I knew something was off when I kept getting delayed responses from the so-called HR manager. I did manage to give my address and phone number but that was it. They wanted me to come back the next day to fill out paperwork. I didn’t make it that far. Because I couldn’t find the Company on glass door or anywhere for that matter. so please do your research and don’t let high paying job dollar amount fool you.

I was replying to a job posting, and they told me to download Chatwork. The company was called AnnoHealthcare and I spoke to someone supposedly named Vivian Morales. She then sent me documents through Chatwork for me to fill out and she got my personal information including my Social Security and drivers license and my email. Please be very wary when using Chatwork and don’t ever give out sensitive information. if they ask you to download Chatwork it’s likely that it’s a scam.

Got completely scammed by a company called WellPlus Healthcare, a lady reviewed my resume and wanted to interview me on Chatwork, got pretty far and she ended up getting some of my personal information. Be very careful if any jobs ask you to download an app to interview through text. Do your research thoroughly (unlike I did not do unfortunately) even if it seems legit. Especially when jobs say they are going to send you a check to have you buy the equipment they need for you to work, don’t fall for this.

Didn’t use Chatwork enough to actually know rate it according, but I had someone try and scam me on it. I noticed other reviews say the same thing. People claim to be from a large company and try and set up a job interview. I could tell something was off when they missed spelled many of their words. So I deleted Chatwork all together. Be aware and use caution when interacting with unknown individuals.

Your service is great! But Chatwork keeps showing me a message that says “Failed to load data. We will try reload”. Rebooting app/iPhone did nothing.

Good app for communication but constantly glitches taking away peoples user names in a group message. Also notifications is a nightmare in Chatwork. You either get none or you get 500 messages for one group. Simply make the notification one window that displays how many messages you have missed (similar to iMessage). And have the badge number on Chatwork display not just a 1 but how many messages you have missed. Also, NEED a way to hide certain messages or filter so you are only looking at groups. I don't want to see individual message tabs for each person I am friends with. These need to be fixed ASAP.
