Don’t buy from them, they just scam you. I purchased the limited edition Esmeralda doll 6 minutes after she went for sale on the 10th (she didn’t sell out till like 2 days later). Shop Disney marked my item as shipped on the 12th and took my $140 for her. I contacted a week later because the tracking still said USPS was waiting for the item from Disney. Shop Disney told me to wait for the tracking to update (which is ridiculous). It’s been almost 2 weeks since the dolls release and there still wasn’t any updates, I knew Disney still hadn’t shipped the item. Today I emailed them and said give me my $140 back since you still haven’t shipped my item. Within minutes I got verification emails that my item was being returned and I’d get my money back within a few days. It was literally a scam. That means if I never messaged Disney about my item, I wouldn’t have ever got the item and they were just gonna keep my money. They clearly knew they didn’t actually ship my item otherwise the return would not have been instant! They lied to me about it being shipped and since I called them out they are now ignoring my emails. Extremely unprofessional and nothing I would have ever expected from Disney. It’s really upsetting because I am a HUGE Esmeralda fan, so I’m very sad I can’t even get the limited doll I PAID FOR the day she came out. She’s not out of stock and I will have to buy her from eBay or scalpers. Thinking of canceling my Disney plus if Disney is going to be scamming me.

This app is horrible. Don’t get me wrong I love Disney and I vacation there all the time but this app sure does need some work. I’ve always had issues with it but I’ve tried to buy something today for an hour and a half. That is actually ridiculous. It logged me out I would say over 50 times. Literally! And let me just say every time I open the app whether it was today or any other day I have to log back in every single time. It’s the most annoying thing. Not to mention it never saves my cart information. Why have that feature if it doesn’t work? Oh and don’t get me started on guest services. If you call don’t expect much. When you call they don’t put you in a wait line they hang up and tell you to try again later. AND don’t get me started on trying to order something that says it’s in stock only to get to check out for it to tell me it’s no longer available. Happens all the time. I’m so sick of limited edition items. I want them all but being online for 2 hours only to not get what I wanted in the first place? Don’t tell me I didn’t try hard enough because I did. Alarm set and card out signed into my account and ready. Overall this app does nothing for me. When it comes to ordering I usually just get online and order off their website rather than through the app. It’s less of a hassle!

At 3am EST, Saturday, 10/6, in the morning, as it was just being released to the world, I tried several ways to search for & purchase the just released Snow White Premier Collection doll. I could not find it at all on the app! No matter how I searched, nothing came up but wine glasses & earrings. NEVER ANY MENTION OR SIGN OF THE DOLL!
To make matters worse, through a link I found on Facebook, I was finally able to find her on the website...SOLD OUT! Because I wasted 15 minutes on your stupid app!!!
Just called customer service to see what I did wrong & what I should look up on your app for the Cinderella release next Saturday & got NO HELP AT ALL. When I asked for a supervisor I was told to call back because they were busy for the next hour. Busy? “They” because he confirmed “all” were busy! For an hour? At 8:50pm EST on a Sunday night ??? Really?????
Thought I was finally calmed down enough to talk to your customer service after the mess of not buying a Christmas present for my granddaughter. But after speaking with him and realizing that you just don’t care... I’m angrier than when I started!!!
