How to fix Replicon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Replicon app on iPhone
Update Replicon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Replicon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Replicon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Replicon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Replicon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Replicon app issues:

Force Stop the Replicon App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Replicon app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Replicon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Replicon App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Replicon app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Replicon.

Fix Replicon unable to contact server/ Replicon internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Replicon » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Replicon » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Replicon on android.
