I have 2 employees that suddenly cannot access the chat room setup for reporting time. This began about 2 weeks ago. They can send messages direct to me but not in the group chat that we have had since the beginning.

How to fix Atto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Atto app on iPhone
Update Atto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Atto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Atto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Atto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Atto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Atto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Atto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Atto » click [Force Stop]

Update Atto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Atto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Atto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Atto.

Fix Atto unable to contact server/ Atto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Atto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Atto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Atto
